Tuesday 16th July, 1985

This is what I wrote in my diary 22 years ago today, on Tuesday 16th July 1985:

"Saw John at dinnertime and he was concerned to see if I was all right, and I told him about leaving the note for Philip and he appeared later with the info that Philip had found note, denied spreading rumours about me and Danny, was now not speaking to me but reckoned we'd soon make it up, cos 'we always do'.

This news of non-speaking devastated me and I saw John later and got him to tell Philip I was sorry, and after school I waited for Philip and gave him a loud ticking off in front of everyone and he denied the Danny business but Joanna T was there and it was her Philip'd said it to, so in the end he admitted to it but said it wasn't all him, and then I just let it drop and walked off, but rang him after school to see if he would go to CND with me, and he seemed amiable enough."

The only other place we should really link to is the official BIG BROTHER website. After all, they're the ones who bought the rights to the concept in the first place; we're just adjusting it for our own purposes. I'm sure they'll understand.
